These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Agri Food Careers, operated by Agri Food Careers (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using AgriFoodcareers.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. About the Platform

Agri Food Careers is a global niche job board dedicated to food and agriculture careers. The platform connects job seekers with employers in the AgriFood sector worldwide. Job seeker search and browsing are free, always. Employer job postings are not free; pricing is provided on request during this early-release phase.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this platform. By using Agri Food Careers, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Job Seeker Terms

3.1 Accounts

You may browse and search jobs without creating an account. An account is required to save jobs and set up email digests. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3.2 Email digests

Email digests are sent only if you have explicitly opted in. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any digest email. We will not add you to the digest without your consent.

3.3 Application process

Agri Food Careers links to external application pages. We are not involved in the hiring process and make no guarantees regarding job availability, employer responses, or employment outcomes. Applications are made directly with employers.

4. Employer Terms

4.1 Job postings

Job postings are not free. During this early-release phase, pricing is provided on request — contact agandfoodcareers@gmail.com for current rates. All submissions are reviewed by our admin team before going live. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing that:

• Is not related to food or agriculture
• Contains false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Promotes illegal activity or discriminatory practices
• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Is spam or a duplicate listing

Rejected or removed listings are not entitled to a refund except at our discretion, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

4.2 Accuracy of listings

Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the job information they submit. By submitting a listing, you confirm that:

• The job is a genuine, open vacancy in food or agriculture
• The job description accurately represents the role
• The application URL is correct and functional
• You have the authority to post on behalf of the company named

4.3 Employer dashboard

Employers with approved listings have access to a dashboard showing view counts and application link clicks. This data is provided for informational purposes only and may not be fully accurate.

4.4 Featured listings (v2)

Featured listings will be introduced in a future version with associated fees. Pricing and terms will be published at that time.

5. Aggregated Job Listings

Some jobs on the platform are sourced automatically via the Adzuna API. These listings are reviewed before publication and attributed with a ‘via Adzuna’ tag as required. We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of aggregated listings and direct users to apply via the original source URL.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings
• Use the platform to collect personal data from other users without consent
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the platform without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Impersonate any person, company, or organisation
• Post content that is defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful

7. Intellectual Property

The Agri Food Careers name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property. Job descriptions submitted by employers remain the intellectual property of the respective employers. We do not claim ownership over employer-submitted content. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform content without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

Agri Food Careers is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of job listings
• The availability or uninterrupted operation of the platform
• The outcome of any job application made through the platform
• The conduct or legitimacy of employers posting on the platform

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Agri Food Careers and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity, data loss, or financial loss.

10. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at AgriFoodcareers.com/privacy. By using the platform, you agree to the collection and use of data as described in that policy.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time, for any user or employer, if we believe these Terms have been violated or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Employer listings may be removed without notice if they violate these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operation of this platform. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved in accordance with those applicable laws.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
