About AgriFoodCareers

Founded in June 2026, AgriFoodCareers was built out of a simple frustration: the agriculture and food sector spans the entire world, from smallholder farms, agritech startups, food policy teams at the UN to food researchers in academia and R&D. We represent one of the (if not THE) most important sectors in the world.

Yet finding the right job in this space means scrolling through generic boards that are not aimed towards the sector, where for example searching for “farming” jobs will show you jobs within sales that have nothing to do with agriculture and food. The same problem runs the other way for recruiters and hiring teams, trying to find AgriFood talent on a generic board means sifting through applicants who have no real connection to the sector either.

This platform exists to fix that, for both sides. A global, niche job board dedicated entirely to agriculture and food. Built around those who are growing, feeding, and sustaining the world. The mission is straightforward: connect talent with opportunity, across every corner of the AgriFood sector.
