About Agri Food Careers

Agri Food Careers was built out of a simple frustration: the agriculture and food sector spans the entire world, from smallholder farms, agritech startups, food policy teams at the UN to food researchers in academia and R&D. We represent one of the (if not THE) most important sectors in the world.

Yet finding the right job in this space means scrolling through generic boards that are not aimed towards the sector, where for example searching for “farming” jobs will show you jobs within sales that have nothing to do with agriculture and food.

This platform exists to fix that. A global, niche job board dedicated entirely to agriculture and food. Free to use, free to post, and built around the people who are growing, feeding, and sustaining the world. The mission is straightforward: connect talent with opportunity, across every corner of the agri-food sector.
